Adults

My sessions offer a body-mind approach to healing and wellbeing, grounded in neuroscience, somatic therapy and compassion, tailored to your unique needs.

Teens & Young Adults (13-25) years

I provide 1:1 therapeutic wellbeing sessions designed specifically for teens and young adults navigating life’s complexities.

Sessions offer a safe, non-judgmental space where young people can explore their thoughts and feelings and build confidence, resilience and self awareness.

Unlike traditional talk therapy, I combine simple guided movement, breathwork , creative arts and trauma informed practice, to honour each young person’s individuality and help them process emotions – even when words are hard to find.

Common areas of support include:

  • School-related stress and exam pressure
  • Trauma and life transitions
  • Self-esteem and identity
  • Emotional wellbeing support while waiting for CAMHS or other external mental health services.

I understand how important trust and connection are, especially at this stage of life. I work at the young person’s pace, gently helping them build resilience and reconnect with their inner strengths.

Children (6–12 Years)

I offer 1:1 therapeutic wellbeing sessions for children, providing a safe, creative, and nurturing space where they can explore their emotions and build confidence.

Grounded in somatic therapy, creative expression, and play, my unique Mosaic Method helps children engage and develop:
